A hydro jetter is similar to a pressure washer, but used for cleaning pipes. The most important aspect of hydro jetting is pressure adjustment. The bigger the pipe the more pressure it requires. With more water volume even at a lower pressure the pipe gets its proper cleaning. Hydro jetting is typically used for soft obstructions like grease or sludge thats built up over time. We use a smaller jetter for smaller inside drains and a larger one for outside mainline blockages. We have the right jetter for the job.
